Step Up to Prevent Suicide Community Walk

The Medina County Coalition for Suicide Prevention will be hosting the annual Step Up to Prevent Suicide Community Walk. This walk is held every year to spread awareness about suicide prevention and connect the community with their local resources.

Check-in and in-person registration begins at 12pm followed immediately by pre-walk activities. There will be resource tables, a raffle, coloring, puzzles, and more! Walk giveaways are limited so be sure to register early! At 1pm we will introduce our event speakers and listen to how suicide and prevention affects a community. Then attendees will line up to make the 1 mile walk. For those that have difficulty walking you are welcome to participate in any of the other activities provided.

Suicide is the 11th leading cause of death in the US and bringing education and awareness to our community is the only way to stop it.
