Start your season at the end of November with the Medina Candlelight Walk on Medina’s Public Square.  A three-day event starting on a Friday evening.  Check out the store front windows decorated for the holiday.  Stop in and browse for that special gift for a special someone.  Enjoy entertainment and the Square lit with luminaries.

Wadsworth also has a Candlelight Walk the same Friday evening with shops open, entertainment and store front windows decorated for the holidays.

This weekend is also the kick-off for Castle Noel opening six days a week during the holidays.  See props, set pieces and costumes from your favorite Christmas movies.  Walk through the Blizzard Vortex, the “I Had That” Toyland Experience and the Santa Squeeze.  See NYC department store windows from Macy’s, Lord and Taylor and more.  Finish your visit at Castle Noel with a slide down the slide from A Christmas Story movie.

Ohio Station Outlets has over 50 outlets to shop in to find gifts for everyone on your shopping list.

Medina County also has many tree farms with pre-cut Christmas trees or you can cut-your-own.  Some tree farms have pine roping, wreaths and swags.  Make a new family tradition and cut-your-own Christmas tree at Kall Christmas Tree Farm, Medina Christmas Tree Farm, Ricciardi Tree Farm and Timber Valley Tree Farm.  Make sure to enjoy a great meal at one of our many restaurants throughout the county.
